MyDocuments.net is the only archiving service which is natively integrated in your management software and which takes care of all classification for you by following your software’s specific logic.

For example, if you associate an invoice or a contract with a customer file or a supplier file in your software, the document will automatically be associated with this customer or this supplier in MyDocuments.net. You will then be able to easily find all documents associated with a specific file in addition to accessing them from anywhere via the web!

As long as you have an active subscription to Avantage, the files that you import in your application are saved automatically by MyDocuments.net. You don’t have to do anything else!

If you were already a user of an ACCEO software application before MyDocuments.net was launched, you will have to perform an initial synchronization of your files in order to use MyDocuments.net.

MyDocuments.net is designed to work in synergy with the Avantage, Acomba, Acomba Construction and Acomba GO application. The service is therefore reserved exclusively for users of these solutions.
